We at Wishing Tree Jewelry stand behind our products and service to you, our customer. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will exchange or refund it withing 30 days.

(Please note that personalized and custom made jewelry are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they are damaged. Additionally, we are unable to refund gift box or gift wrap charges .)

Wishing Tree Jewelry is happy to replace a piece with another selection, or issue a gift credit or refund according to our guarantee described above.

Please follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible.
The return shipping address: Wishing Tree Jewerly (your ORDER ID number), Attn: Annie Shu, 30 5th St NE, Unit 1004, Atlanta, GA 30308.
Please include orginal or copy of packing slip and reason for return.
For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt.

Wishing Tree Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning a gift because it is damaged or defective or you did not receive the product ordered, Wishing Tree Jewelry will provide a prepaid USPS return label.
